Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping our products.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return a Voice Selector, from the date you received it, and 14 days for all other products (accessories).

Returning a product:

For returning a product – please contact us, via phone, email or the leave a message on our contact page.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in a good condition.
  • All the contents of the product’s package are included and in good condition.

Delivery back:

For returning a Voice Selector Study:

  • We will provide you with the return shipping label after the return approval.
  • Nuance hearing will cover the shipping costs when returning a Voice Selector.
    Return Shipping Costs covered by Nuance will not exceed the original shipping cost amount.

For returning other products bought on the website (accessories):

  • Nuance hearing doesn’t cover the shipping costs.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
    Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Refund:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item, within 7 business days.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • The refund doesn’t include shipping costs.
