If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may send the purchased product back to us for a full refund within 45 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.
You can initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process by contacting Nuance at: email@example.com
Once return is authorized, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label.
The returned product(s) must be received by Nuance Hearing within 10 days of obtaining your RMA number.
In order for your refund to be processed, please be aware of the following:
Product(s) returned directly to Nuance Hearing must have been originally purchased from our website (www.nuancehear.com). Product(s) purchased from other retailers and/or websites shall not be refunded by us and their return must be compatible with such other retailers’ and/or websites’ return policy.
Customers are responsible for the logistics involved in shipping the product(s) to Nuance Hearing Ltd., at 24 Raoul Wallenberg Street, Tel Aviv and shall assume all risk of loss or damages until such product is accepted at Nuance premises.
Product(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in good physical condition with all parts. All returned product(s) are subject to inspection and their condition will be assessed as per the sole discretion of Nuance Hearing.
If return of the product(s) to Nuance Hearing is (1) without an RMA, (2) beyond the 10-day RMA issuance period, (3) without proper packaging, or (4) failed the product’s condition inspection, Nuance Hearing reserves the right to either refuse acceptance of the product or charge a restocking fee.
Processing of refunds will take between 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution. All refunds will be issued to the original purchaser in the original form of payment at the time of order.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Nuance Hearing reserves the right to change these policies at any time without notice.
