Nuance Hearing Ltd. was founded in 2015, by Yehuda and Zohar Zisapel, pioneers of Israel’s advanced high-tech industry, and Yoni Hertzberg, PhD in physics and signal processing expert, with vast experience in R&D for MedTech.

The company was created in order to address the difficulty in hearing and understanding speech in noisy environments.

Yehuda Zisapel

Chairman of the board

Mr. Yehuda Zisapel founded the RAD Group in 1981, together with his brother Zohar. Yehuda contributes to a number of innovative programs that benefit the community, including scholarships for outstanding university students majoring in engineering and computer science.
He serves as the company’s president and shares his vast professional experience in laying out the company’s strategy.

Mr. Zohar Zisapel is Chairman of RAD Group, founded it in 1981 together with his brother, Yehuda. In a relatively short period, RAD Group has grown into a group of 14 companies.
Prior to founding RAD Group, Zohar served as head of the Electronic Research Department of the Ministry of Defense in Tel Aviv and received the Israel Defense Prize in 1979.
Mr. Zisapel founded Nuance Hearing and its pioneering technology. He serves as a company’s Director and is involved in all stages of R&D.

Yoni Hertzberg

CTO & Co-founder

Yoni co-founded Nuance Hearing with more than 10 years of experience in the development of top-of-the-line medical devices. With expertise in medical ultrasound, MRI, algorithms and related software, he served in key R&D roles at multiple medical device companies. Yoni holds a Ph.D. in Physics, as well as an MBA, from Tel Aviv University.

Ori Goren


For the past 15 years Ori has been bringing innovative products to life through all stages, from an idea to full commercialization. Before joining Nuance Hearing, Ori was CEO of Moving Life, a developer and manufacturer of a revolutionary folding mobility scooter,
leading it through development, 3 investment rounds and successful market penetration. Prior to that, he worked for Stanley Black and Decker (NICE: SWK) in various managerial roles including GM of the Job Site Security Solution BU, and worked as a strategic consultant at Shaldor. Ori holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
